The 1st Minsk Legal Tech Hackathon in Belarus took place on December 7-9 in Imaguru Startup Hub! It was a marathon for legal innovation which ran through the intensive and cohesive work of lawyers-enthusiasts, IT-specialists, mentors and all those who work at the intersection of law and technologies. The key goal was to identify problems and search for solutions of local and global scale!
Dzmitry Lapo (CTO at Finwin Technologies, Fintech and Blockchain expert, Solution Architect) participated as a mentor at the hackathon. Teams of participants presented ideas and projects on a variety of topics to the mentors, such as automation of template legal processes, algorithmization of the same type of actions when performing repetitive tasks, creating products that will help to use rights and fight against discrimination, accessible legal services for people, clear procedures in government bodies, transparent and fair hearings, alternative ways to resolve disputes, prevent justice issues.
Legal Hackers of 4 countries (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Moldova) joined their forces to disrupt legal industry and go international!
